This Privacy Policy describes how PurePDF ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the PurePDF - Merge & Extract mobile application ("the App"), available on Apple's App Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Data Collection and Usage

PurePDF is designed with a privacy-first architecture. The App performs all PDF operations — merging, splitting/extracting, compressing, and image-to-PDF conversion — entirely on your device.

We Do NOT Collect:

In summary: PurePDF collects zero data from its users. Your files are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any server or third party.

On-Device Processing

All PDF operations are executed locally using Apple's native iOS frameworks. Your documents never leave your device. Temporary files generated during processing are managed by the iOS operating system and cleaned up automatically. Output files are saved to your device through Apple's standard file management APIs.

PurePDF does not integrate any third-party SDKs, services, or frameworks that collect user data. This includes, but is not limited to:

We rely solely on Apple's anonymized and aggregated App Analytics, which are only available if you have opted in to share analytics with developers through your device's iOS Settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers).

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since we do not collect any data, we have no data to share, sell, rent, or disclose to any third parties. We do not participate in any data broker networks or advertising exchanges.

Data Retention

PurePDF does not retain any user data on external servers because no data is ever collected or transmitted from the App. All files processed by the App exist solely on your device under your control.

Children's Privacy

PurePDF does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App is safe for users of all ages as it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations.

Your Rights

Because PurePDF does not collect any personal data, the traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) under regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws are inherently satisfied. There is simply no personal data held by us to access, modify, or delete.

The security of your documents is ensured by the App's offline-only architecture. Since your files never leave your device and no network connections are made during PDF operations, there is no risk of data interception or server-side breaches related to PurePDF.
